When you have a father and grandfather as special as these how can alone time with them not be special. If you think about it, we all have those moments.

As his first term as Governor came to a close, he decided to run for reelection. He was soundly defeated. As the father moved closer to the group, the brothers parted like a divided sea. Strange thing, I sure didn’t feel like a star.

Some may find this hard to believe, but I am a diehard goal’s person. So this skinny, quiet lad decided to enroll in a lifesaving course at the YMCA. His life was much like his Father’s. There was nothing special about it. Goals help make our life seem worthwhile.
Here in our country we are very fortunate to have so many institutes of higher learning. We have colleges, universities, trade schools, apprenticeship programs, and a host of other available programs to help us better ourselves and our careers. Sometimes I believe we take this education for granted, like it is something we are owed. Education is a gift and those who recognized that often are better at taking advantage of it.
